It has happened to all of us. An oops moment. You picked the wrong size, or the wrong material. Ask us for an RMA Number. All returns require a return materials authorization number. Credit may be issued on all “as new” non-special order items returned within 90 days. Manufactured and Special Order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Claims and shortages must be reported within 10 days after date of shipment.

Founded by Herman Duemling in 1969, TEMPRESCO began as a regional stocking distributor for quality valve manufacturers. Sons Rick and Herman Jr. joined the company in the early 1970's and purchased the company in 1991. For over 40 years they have worked together building a rep organization that serves Customers throughout the United States.
